1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Vital Wellness ATCS platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Vital Wellness ATCS ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Services

Vital Wellness ATCS provides an online platform for booking naturopathic and holistic wellness sessions, including but not limited to:

• Quantum Resonance
• Hipnosis Clínica (Clinical Hypnosis)
• Capiloroscopía (Capillaroscopy)

The Platform facilitates appointment scheduling and payment processing between clients and certified naturopathic therapists. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Eligibility

To use our Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or have parental or guardian consent
• Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Agree to receive communications related to your appointments and account

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

4. Appointments & Scheduling

When you book an appointment through our Platform, you are entering into a service agreement with the selected therapist. Please note the following:

• Appointments are confirmed only upon successful payment processing
• You will receive a confirmation email with appointment details
• Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled session
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened session at no discount
• Rescheduling is available through your dashboard subject to therapist availability

5. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe and PayPal. By completing a payment, you authorize us to charge the specified amount to your selected payment method.

All prices are listed in USD. Vital Wellness ATCS is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

6. Cancellation Policy

• More than 24 hours before session: Full refund
• Less than 24 hours before session: No refund — session fee is forfeited
• No-show: Full session fee is charged, no refund
• Therapist cancellation: Full refund or complimentary reschedule

To cancel, please use your dashboard or contact us directly at least 24 hours in advance.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm therapists or other users
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to manipulate reviews or ratings
• Use automated tools to access the Platform without authorization
• Submit false or misleading information

8. Medical Disclaimer

Our services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

If you have a serious health condition, please consult your doctor before participating in any naturopathic or holistic therapy session.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vital Wellness ATCS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or our services.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific session giving rise to the claim.
